The Australian Academy of Boxing has been conducting Inter-Club Boxacise Competitions since 1992. The following champion participants have shown expertise in Boxacise championship events and their excellant reflex-co-ordination and power projection skills have helped develop Boxacise as an exercise for everyone to enjoy.

Specialists & All-Rounders
With 50 championship events there is plenty of opportunity
to specislize and provide the gifted jack of all trades
athlete a wide range of events in which to compete.

The Champion of Champions
'Des Duguid Perpetual Boxacise Trophy'
goes to the contestant who each year attains the highest placings
and best points score in all contested events.
